Sales Support Engineer

CENTERPRISE trading as SCYRON (November 2013 – March 2014)

To provide support to the Scyron sales team including:

• Customer visits to capture customers requirements and feedback to sales and development teams
• Customer visits to promote Scyron products and solutions
• Production of promotional material for the sales department including; sales literature, product directories, flyers, data sheets, website & social media updates (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Linked-In
• Continuation of engineer support for the business and products including; software testing, software installation, customer training, customer support

With my I.T. role skills, I setup our companies Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 server in a virtual environment, and have continued to populate it with our customer database and licence information. I have also made the server available to the management and sales team with integrated outlook tracking of our emails, contacts and appointments.
