CASE STUDY | EUROTOW RECOVERY & REPAIR
When I contacted Eurotow Recovery and Repair in 2017 (a garage local to me whom I had been a customer of for many years) with regards to their online presense, they were like a lot of small businesses who recognised a website would be useful to their business, they only had a 5 page html website that had not been updated for many years and was not fit for purpose.
After a few meetings it was decided that a very overdue update to the website was required. It was also decided that they would register the eurotowrecovery.com domain name and forward the eurotowrecovery.co.uk site to this domain, as it was easier for customers to remember.
I reviewed the content from the original site and used anything that was useful when working on the new site which would be developed using the Divi page builder on the WordPress CMS.

With the absence of any analytic tracking from the old website, its hard to say, but the company could not be found unless the url was typed into a search engine. Since then, the amount of organic traffic has exploded and accounts for 71% of the website traffic.

Based on this information, the website continues to be developed based on the companies goals.

FINAL WORD
Since completing the site in 2019, I am no longer involved with the business in terms of any digital development or as a customer.
As they are a local business to me, I see them every day as I walk my dog, and over the last 12 to 18 months I have witnessed huge growth in the business going from a small number of recover vehicles to a larger number. I have also noticed they have increased staff numbers to keep up with the demand for their services.
I am pleased they have not only survived the recent economical issues felt by everyone and every small business, but have thrived.
I feel a sense of satisfaction that the digital work I completed for them played a part in growing their business and I hope they continue to grow.
