I started my employment at Adglow in June 2014 and left the company in October 2015.

Working as their Digital Marketing Manager I was their total sales department which concentrated on generating leads using all digital channels.

The business was split with two main functions ran by two brothers.

Adglow offered Point of Sale design & manufacturing services while Adinstall offered POS & Signage installation services.

I produced all the digital marketing functions for the businesses and reported directly to the business managers.

    Digitally, the business was nowhere and in order to attract more customers, and to raise awareness of the business services the new website design had a huge impact on the business.

    To help the business gain more awareness leading to more sales leads, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube and a seperate blog site were developed and all cross promoting the businesses services.

    With the absence of any analytic tracking from having a very poor website design with the now outdated Adobe Flash, its hard to say, but the company could not be found unless the name of the business was known. Since then, the amount of organic traffic has exploded and accounts for the increase in website stats and sales leads.

    With the newly acquired data channels I am now able to review which areas of the website are working and which need improvement.

    Based on this information, the website continues to be developed based on the companies goals.

    Social media channels were either updated with a consistent design and messaging or developed from scratch to drive traffic back to the website.

FINAL WORD

Since leaving the business in 2015 they have continued to run the business at the levels they are comfortable with. They have not enjoyed significant growth or declined.

They have employed an external business to redesign the websites again and handle their social media.
